Asparagus tenderloin steak

  • Korean beef tenderloin (2 cm thick) 2p  5 asparagus  1T seed mustard 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Marinate Korean beef tenderloin for about 10 minutes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.  Asparagus is used by removing only the roots of thin ones, and peeling thick ones with fillers is used.
  • 3.  Sprinkle salt and pepper while grilling the asparagus in the pan.
  • 4.  Roast marinated tenderloin on a heated pan over high heat for 2-3 minutes, then bake on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5.  Slice the meat over the grilled asparagus and finish with the seed mustard.
