Hanwoo bulgogi tortilla

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients Hanwoo bottom round 250g (Bulgogi Cut)  Tortilla 4 Pieces  Sliced Cheddar Cheese 4 slices 
  • Marinade ingredients Soy Sauce 1T  Sugar 1T  Cooking Wine 1T 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Marinate the bulgogi cut Hanwoo beef in the bulgogi sauce for at least 10 minutes. Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.
  • 2.  Heat a pan with olive oil, add the onion and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, and sauté. Separately, stir-fry the marinated bulgogi.
  • 3.  Steam the tortilla in a steamer for about 30 seconds. Brush with beaten egg, then layer sliced cheddar cheese, bulgogi, sautéed onion and bell pepper, and shredded pizza cheese in the center.
  • 4.  Fold the sides and roll it up.
  • 5.  In a dry pan, cover with a lid and cook the tortilla roll on both sides until the cheese melts. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
