1. Marinate the bulgogi cut Hanwoo beef in the bulgogi sauce for at least 10 minutes. Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.
2. Heat a pan with olive oil, add the onion and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, and sauté. Separately, stir-fry the marinated bulgogi.
3. Steam the tortilla in a steamer for about 30 seconds. Brush with beaten egg, then layer sliced cheddar cheese, bulgogi, sautéed onion and bell pepper, and shredded pizza cheese in the center.
4. Fold the sides and roll it up.
5. In a dry pan, cover with a lid and cook the tortilla roll on both sides until the cheese melts. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
