Hanwoo Roll with Vegetables

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 300g Hanwoo Bottom round  1/2 yellow bell pepper  1/2 red bell pepper 
  • Sauce ingredients 3 tbsp soy sauce  2 tbsp honey  1/2 tbsp minced garlic 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Julienne the enoki mushrooms and vegetables.
  • 2.  Lay out the thinly sliced beef, place the vegetables on top, and roll them up tightly.
  • 3.  Coat the beef rolls lightly with glutinous rice flour and cook them in a heated frying pan.
  • 4.  Pour the prepared sauce over the beef rolls and simmer until well glazed.
