Hanwoo Yukjeon Gimbap

300g Hanwoo Top inside round
3 eggs
Glutinous rice flour, salt, cooking oil (a small amount)

Gimbap Filling Ingredients

Cook Order
- 1. Season the Korean beef round with salt and pepper.
- 2. Coat the seasoned beef evenly with glutinous rice flour on both sides.
- 3. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and mix well.
- 4. Dip the flour-coated beef into the egg mixture.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry the beef jeon until golden brown. Place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- 6. Mix cooked rice with sesame oil and salt.
- 7. Spread a layer of rice evenly over the seaweed sheet.
- 8. Place perilla leaves and beef jeon on top of the rice, then add the rest of the gimbap fillings.
- 9. Roll the gimbap tightly, press firmly, and slice carefully to prevent it from falling apart. Now your Korean Beef Jeon Gimbap is ready!
- 10. Boil the noodles in boiling water, rinse them in ice water, and mix them well with bibim sauce for a sweet, tangy, and chewy bibim noodles.
- 11. Enjoy the bibim noodles with beef jeon gimbap for an even more delicious meal!
