Garlic Mayo Sauce ingredients
10g minced garlic
100g mayonnaise
2g salt
Cook Order
1. Stir-fry the ground Hanwoo beef with the meat seasoning ingredients.
2. Once the beef is partially cooked, add the minced carrot, onion, and celery, and stir-fry until they soften.
3. Add the rice and oyster sauce, then stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the fried rice, romaine lettuce, garlic mayo sauce, white cheddar cheese slices, and mozzarella cheese on the tortilla in order, then roll it up.
5. Heat a preheated pan and place the tortilla seam-side down first to seal it. Then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
