  • Cooking ingredients 400g minced Hanwoo  600g flour  1 onion  Salt  Chopped garlic  Pepper  Cooking oil 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Prepare the dough by mixing the flour water.
  • 2.  Combine the minced Hanwoo with the chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.  Mix thoroughly to ensure the flavors are well combined.
  • 4.  Roll out the dough thinly using a rolling pin to create the shell.
  • 5.  Place a spoonful of the seasoned beef mixture onto the dough and fold it into a crescent shape, sealing the edges well.
  • 6.  Heat cooking oil in a pan to 170℃
  • 7.  Carefully add the khuushuur and deep fry until golden brown and crispy
