Cook Order
- 1. Prepare the dough by mixing the flour water.
- 2. Combine the minced Hanwoo with the chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Mix thoroughly to ensure the flavors are well combined.
- 4. Roll out the dough thinly using a rolling pin to create the shell.
- 5. Place a spoonful of the seasoned beef mixture onto the dough and fold it into a crescent shape, sealing the edges well.
- 6. Heat cooking oil in a pan to 170℃
- 7. Carefully add the khuushuur and deep fry until golden brown and crispy
