Steak marinade sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Noodle sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Cook Order
- Cut the Hanwoo Strip Loin into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the Hanwoo Strip Loin with the steak marinade sauce and let it marinate for a while.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the egg noodles by boiling them for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Add seasonings to make the noodle sauce.
- Stir-fry the marinated Hanwoo Strip Loin in a well-oiled pan.
- Stir-fry the green onions and onions, then add the pre-boiled egg noodles and stir-fry together.
- Combine the cooked Hanwoo Strip Loin, noodle sauce, bok choy, and mung bean sprouts, and stirꠓfry for a few more minutes.
