  • 200g Hanwoo brisket
  • 20g oyster mushrooms
  • 16g shiitake mushrooms

brisket seasoning ingredients

  • 18g sugar
  • 30g dark soy sauce
  • 4g minced ginger

garlic chive salad ingredients

  • 200g chives
  • 100g onion
  • 100g garlic stem
  • -Chive seasoning sauce-
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp coarse red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp plum extract
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Cook Order
  • Marinate Hanwoo brisket in the seasoning for two days.
  • In a heated pan, sauté the oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, sliced green bell pepper, and onion.
  • Once the vegetables are partially cooked, add the marinated brisket from step ① and stir-fry over high heat to infuse a smoky flavor.
  • When the stir-frying is almost done, add bok choy, and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
  • -Making garlic chive salad-
  • Wash the garlic chives in cold water and thoroughly remove excess moisture. Slice the onion and garlic stems.
  • Prepare the seasoning sauce with specified ingredients.
  • Add the seasoning sauce from step ② to the garlic chives from step ①, and mix it while checking the taste, adding more as needed.
