Grilled Hanwoo Brisket

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 200g Hanwoo brisket  20g oyster mushrooms  16g shiitake mushrooms 
  • brisket seasoning ingredients 18g sugar  30g dark soy sauce  4g minced ginger 
  • garlic chive salad ingredients 200g chives  100g onion  100g garlic stem  -Chive seasoning sauce-  2 tbsp sesame oil  3 tbsp coarse red chili powder  1 tbsp minced garlic  1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds  2 tbsp plum extract  2 tbsp vinegar  1 tbsp sugar 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Marinate Hanwoo brisket in the seasoning for two days.
  • 2.  In a heated pan, sauté the oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, sliced green bell pepper, and onion.
  • 3.  Once the vegetables are partially cooked, add the marinated brisket from step ① and stir-fry over high heat to infuse a smoky flavor.
  • 4.  When the stir-frying is almost done, add bok choy, and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
  • 5.  -Making garlic chive salad-
  • 6.  Wash the garlic chives in cold water and thoroughly remove excess moisture. Slice the onion and garlic stems.
  • 7.  Prepare the seasoning sauce with specified ingredients.
  • 8.  Add the seasoning sauce from step ② to the garlic chives from step ①, and mix it while checking the taste, adding more as needed.
