Thick Hanwoo Curry

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 400g minced Hanwoo meat  120g kimchi  1 avocado 

Cook Order

  • 1.  In a pan, stir-fry the minced meat, then add chopped onion, minced garlic, oyster sauce, red chili
  • 2.  Finely chop the kimchi and stir-fry it to well-done in a pan with olive oil.
  • 3.  Slice avocado.
  • 4.  Arrange the avocado slices from step ③ in a circular pattern on top of a bowl of rice, then add the stir-fried kimchi from step ②, and top with the thick Hanwoo curry.
  • 5.  Finally, place a fresh fertile egg yolk on top.
