Rinse the ribs to remove blood, then blanch them in boiling water.
. Place the ribs in a pressure cooker or a pot with a lid, spread the kimchi on top of them, add the specified amount of beef seasoning, and steam. Open it occasionally and add water as needed.
Once the ribs become tender, add sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds, then steam for a bit longer. Serve the ribs in a plate with rolled bunch of kimchi.
