Grilled Hanwoo and Bell Peppers

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 4 sheets of Hanwoo tenderloin (0.7cm thick)  1 yellow and 1 red bell peppers  1 eggplant 
  • Bell pepper sauce ingredients 1 yellow and red bell peppers  3 whole garlic cloves  ½ onion 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Cut the bell peppers into quarters and remove the seeds, then slice the eggplant diagonally.
  • 2.  Add the ingredients from step ① to a pan and grill, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Once the vegetables are a little cooked, add oil to the pan, place the tenderloin in, and season with salt and pepp
  • 3.  Arrange the grilled bell peppers, eggplant, tenderloin, and bell pepper sauce in a plate, then sprinkle with Grana Padano cheese.
