Hanwoo and Mushroom Rice

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 300g Hanwoo round  3 shiitake mushrooms  1 enoki mushroom 
  • beef seasoning ingredients 1 tbsp soy sauce  1 tsp sugar  1 tsp sesame oil 
  • Bibimbap sauce ingredients 3 tbsp soy sauce  1 tbsp sesame oil  1 tbsp sesame seeds 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Cut the Hanwoo round into thick strips and marinate it with the beef seasoning.
  • 2.  Slice the shiitake mushrooms, and lightly rinse the enoki and beech mushrooms.
  • 3.  Cut the carrot into 0.5cm cubes.
