#Strip loin
Hanwoo Steak Salad

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 1 chunk of Hanwoo strip loin (for steak, about 2cm thick)  2 lettuce leaves  2 lettuce leaves, 5 cherry tomatoes 
  • dressing ingredients 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar  3 tbsp olive oil  1 tbsp honey 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Marinate the strip loin in olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • 2.  After washing the vegetables under running water, tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and use a potato peeler to slice the cucumber into long strips.
  • 3.  Heat oil in a pan, then add the marinated strip loin from step ①. Roast on high heat for about 1 minute on each side, then reduce to low heat and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Cut the beef into bi
