Eggs in Hell with Hanwoo

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 400g minced Hanwoo round  1 egg  ½ green and red bell peppers each, ½ onion (medium size) 
  • Meatball seasoning ingredients ¼ chopped onion  1 tbsp flour  a little salt and pepper 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Add the meatball seasoning to the minced Hanwoo round and shape it into round balls about 3-4cm in size.
  • 2.  Dice the onion and green and red bell peppers into 1cm cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 3.  In a heated pan, add olive oil, then sauté the onion and minced garlic.
  • 4.  Add the meatballs from step ① to ingredients from step ③ and roll them around until they are halfway cooked. Then, add the green and red bell peppers and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.  . In a pot, pour in the store-bought tomato sauce and bring to a simmer on low heat. Then, add the mixture from step ④ on top, crack an egg in the center, and evenly put the cherry tomatoes and sprink
  • 6.  Cover the pot with lid, and once the egg is cooked, finish by sprinkling with pepper, chopped parsley, and basil.
