Hanwoo with Rice

250g Hanwoo brisket
250g Hanwoo brisket, ¼ onion
1 egg

Beef seasoning ingredients
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp oligosaccharide
Cook Order
- 1. Slice the onion into long strips, chop the green onion into little pieces, and mix the ingredients for the beef seasoning.
- 2. In a pan, stir-fry the brisket, then add the onion and pepper, continuing to stir-fry.
- 3. Add the beef seasoning to step ② and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Serve step ③ over hot rice, garnish with the chopped green onion and egg yolk.
