Hanwoo with Rice

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 250g Hanwoo brisket  250g Hanwoo brisket, ¼ onion  1 egg 
  • Beef seasoning ingredients 2 tbsp sugar  2 tbsp cooking wine  1 tbsp oligosaccharide 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Slice the onion into long strips, chop the green onion into little pieces, and mix the ingredients for the beef seasoning.
  • 2.  In a pan, stir-fry the brisket, then add the onion and pepper, continuing to stir-fry.
  • 3.  Add the beef seasoning to step ② and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  • 4.  Serve step ③ over hot rice, garnish with the chopped green onion and egg yolk.
