Hanwoo Buckwheat Spicy Noodles

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients 250g Hanwoo flat iron  ⅓ cucumber  1 boiled egg 
  • Beef seasoning ingredients 1 tbsp soy sauce  ¼ tbsp minced garlic  1 tbsp cooking wine 
  • Spicy noodle dressing ingredients 2 tbsp red chili paste  1 tbsp red chili powder  1 tbsp soy sauce 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Slice the cucumber and cabbage into thin strips, and mix the ingredients for the spicy noodle dressing.
  • 2.  Cut the flat iron into long strips, marinate it in the beef seasoning, and stir-fry.
  • 3.  Boil the noodles in hot water and drain. Also boil the egg and cut it in half.
  • 4.  In a bowl, place the boiled buckwheat noodles, then top with cabbage, cucumber, stir-fried Hanwoo, radish sprouts, a half of boiled egg, and the dressing.
