Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 120g of Hanwoo Bottom round  Taco Seasoning 1T  Nachos 
  • Salsa sauce ingredients 1 tomato  1/2 red onion  1 handful of coriander 
  • Guacamole ingredients 1 avocado  some salt  some pepper 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Stir-fry Hanwoo Bottom round for bulgogi with taco seasoning.
  • 2.  Cut tomatoes, red onions, cheongyang peppers, and cilantro into small pieces and mix with salt, pepper, and lime juice to make a tomato salsa sauce.
  • 3.  Mash avocado, add pepper, salt and lime juice to make guacamole.
