Hanwoo bulgogi pizza

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 200g of Hanwoo Bottom round  Mozzarella cheese  Tomato sauce 
  • Bulgogi sauce ingredients 2T soy sauce  1.5T sugar  1/2T minced garlic 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Put the drained Hanwoo in a bowl and mix it with cooking wine.
  • 2.  Add all the prepared bulgogi seasoning ingredients. Mix them evenly so that they are seasoned well and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • 3.  Chop the onions and bell peppers into small pieces. Slice the mushrooms thinly. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
