Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients Hanwoo Sirloin  olice oil  Thyme 
  • Sauce ingredients 1 cup of red wine  market beef stock  1T sugar 
  • stew ingredients button mushrooms  shiitake  million mushrooms 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Marinate Hanwoo sirloin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
