Recipe Ingredients

300g of Hanwoo Bottom round (minced beef)
400g of rice
2T of furikake
Cook Order
- 1. Chop carrots, onions, and green onions
- 2. Put minced vegetables and minced Korean beef in a pan and stir-fry them in bulgogi seasoning
- 3. Season rice with salt, pepper, and sesame oil
- 4. Put the meat in the seasoned rice and mold it into a triangle, circle, etc. to coat it with furikake, or cut and wrap it with seaweed.
