Garlic mousse Hanwoo loin steak

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients Hanwoo Sirloin  olive oil  Thyme, salt and pepper 
  • Sauce ingredients 1 cup of red wine  market beef stock  1/2 onion 
  • Mousse ingredients 1 cup of garlic  50g of fresh cream  a little bit of salt and pepper 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Marinate Korean beef sirloin with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  • 2.  To make the romesco sauce, grill the [paprika, cherry tomatoes] on a direct fire and burn the skin.
  • 3.  Peel the direct fire paprika in cold water.
  • 4.  Bake the [onion, garlic] in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • 5.  Add olive oil, parmesan cheese, and almond powder to the cooked vegetables and change to a blender to complete the romesco sauce!
  • 6.  Cover a bowl of [garlic] with plastic wrap and steam in the microwave for about 5 minutes. Strain and crush hot garlic
  • 7.  [Crushed garlic] [Fresh cream, salt, pepper] Keep stirring and blowing moisture away to complete the garlic mousse!
  • 8.  Cook the surface of Hanwoo sirloin and rest it.
