- Hanwoo Top round (boiled pork) 300g

- [Green onion, chives] Cut the green onion into small pieces.
- Mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of Plum liquid.
- Put the pepper oil around the pan and stir-fry the minced garlic.
- Add an additional Hanwoo Top round and stir-fry it. (*You can buy it at the meat store or at the mart.)
- Add 2 spoons of Mirim and cook, then add the [soy sauce] that was made in front of it and boil it down
- Hanwoo soy sauce garnish is complete!
- Season the Hanwoo Strip loin with salt before you grill it.
- Grease a heated pan and bake [Hanwoo Strip loin].
- Cut the cooked Hanwoo Strip loin into bite-size pieces.
- When the water starts to boil in the pot, add the [frozen udon noodles] and boil for 1 minute.
- Put the [Udon noodles] in a bowl first, garnish them one by one, and put the [egg yolk] on top of it!
