Double Hanwoo Maje Soba

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients Hanwoo Top round (boiled pork) 300g  Strip loin  leek 

Cook Order

  • 1.  [Green onion, chives] Cut the green onion into small pieces.
  • 2.  Mix 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of Plum liquid.
  • 3.  Put the pepper oil around the pan and stir-fry the minced garlic.
  • 4.  Add an additional Hanwoo Top round and stir-fry it. (*You can buy it at the meat store or at the mart.)
  • 5.  Add 2 spoons of Mirim and cook, then add the [soy sauce] that was made in front of it and boil it down
  • 6.  Hanwoo soy sauce garnish is complete!
  • 7.  Season the Hanwoo Strip loin with salt before you grill it.
  • 8.  Grease a heated pan and bake [Hanwoo Strip loin].
  • 9.  Cut the cooked Hanwoo Strip loin into bite-size pieces.
  • 10.  When the water starts to boil in the pot, add the [frozen udon noodles] and boil for 1 minute.
  • 11.  Put the [Udon noodles] in a bowl first, garnish them one by one, and put the [egg yolk] on top of it!
