Recipe Ingredients
  • 600g of Hanwoo Top round  King Oyster Mushrooms  a handful of pine nuts 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Cut the Hanwoo into small pieces. At first, it's easy to cut it into small pieces after cutting it into big pieces!
  • 2.  Add 2 tsp garlic, 2 tsp soju, and pepper to remove the smell from finely chopped Korean beef.
  • 3.  Hanwoo tteok-galbi Seasoning sauce! Add 1/4 onions, 1/4 pears, a handful of pine nuts, and 20g of green onions!
  • 4.  Lastly, add a handful of sesame seeds and a spoonful of sesame oil for the umami taste and grind them in a mixer.
  • 5.  Combine the finished [seasoning sauce] with the finely chopped [Korean beef brisket]. Make sure to mix evenly.
  • 6.  Cook Hanwoo tteok-galbi dough in a hot pan with a round of cooking oil.
  • 7.  Lastly, cook it with the finished Hanwoo tteok-galbi and then prepare it by finely grinding pine nuts.
  • 8.  Plating it on the plate is done!
