Marinate tenderloin with salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
Cut clean carrots into appropriate sizes, stir-fry them with butter in a pan, pour water into them, and cook them well. Cut the carrots into small pieces to cook quickly.
Grill tenderloin in a heated frying pan to suit your taste and stir-fry the prepared vegetables in the remaining oil.
Season the cooked carrots in ② with salt and pepper, put them in a blender, and then add them to the tenderloin and vegetables in ③ to complete them.
