Braised Hanwoo with soy sauce

Recipe Ingredients
  • cooking ingredients Korean beef brisket 500g  whole garlic 10  10 chili peppers 
  • braised ingredients 10 cups water  soy sauce 1 cup  3T of cooking wine 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Cut the Korean beef brisket into appropriate sizes. Beef brisket is soaked in cold water to remove blood.
  • 2.  Trim the ingredients while removing the blood from the Korean beef brisket.
  • 3.  Add water to the pot and add the trimmed Korean beef brisket, green onions, onions, garlic, bay leaves, and whole pepper.
  • 4.  Boil the Korean beef brisket over medium heat for about 40 minutes and take out the boiled Korean beef brisket.
  • 5.  Put the marinated ingredients in the pot. Add the boiled Korean beef brisket and boil it over medium to low heat for about 15 minutes.
  • 6.  Add garlic and red pepper and boil for another 10 minutes.
  • 7.  After cooling down after braising Korean beef brisket, tear it into small pieces in the direction of the grain.
