Hanwoo Brisket noodles

Recipe Ingredients
  • basic ingredients 200g of beef brisket  200g of noodles  a third of Radish 
  • Seasoning ingredients 1T minced garlic  1T seasoned soy sauce  1/2ts pepper 
  • stock ingredients 700ml of water  2T of soy sauce  1 egg 

Cook Order

  • 1.  Stir-fry sliced carrots, zucchini, and radish in a pan, then add brisket and meat seasoning and boil them down.
  • 2.  Boil the noodles and wash them in cold water to drain them.
  • 3.  For the broth, put 2T of flavored soy sauce in water, pour a lightly brewed egg and boil it.
  • 4.  Put the broth and noodles in a bowl and finish with stir-fried meat, vegetables, and black sesame.
